Cycle Safety Circus for Kids, Printers Park Medical Center, 175 S. Union Blvd. A role model clown, Cecil will demonstrate bike safety, especially the importance of wearing helmets. There will be circus performers, bike decorating, a parade, face painting and more. Bike helmets will be available for a donation of $10.
