- A trio of prime rib tacos.
We try a trio of prime rib tacos ($12.95), with choice of side. Our server asks for desired doneness, but we’re not sure why, as the meat comes cooked through. The tacos chew meaty and black pepper-forward, though chipotle cream sauce atop adds more mayo tang than spice or smoke. There’s an awkward slice of pepperjack cheese melted in that adds nothing. Sweet potato fries do fine — a few come undercooked, but by and large, they’re palatable.
