- Punk-rock vets Total Chaos will be headlining the Black Sheep due to the cancellation of The Exploited’s American tour.
Total Chaos, for the uninitiated, formed in 1989 and has seen frontman Rob Chaos as its sole consistent member throughout the years. Their career has seen the release of more than a dozen albums, late-’90s rumors that Chaos had died, and the occasional international incident. (Total Chaos’ 1995 LP, Patriotic Shock, was banned in Japan and the band was stopped at the U.S./Canada border before a scheduled show in Montreal, resulting in a cancellation and an ensuing riot by fans.)
Aside from that, the band is notable for starting organizations such as Orange County Peace Punks, arranging events for Food Not Bombs, and helping to open the Los Angeles Anarchist Center.
