We prefer the green chile slider, topped with delicious, spicy Hatch peppers, though the creamy chipotle sauce and gouda pleases as well. There’s a familiar spice profile of cumin and oregano in the Southwestern quinoa spring rolls ($6), fried like egg rolls and full of nutty quinoa. The accompanying dipping sauce features (and balances out) Mae Ploy sweet chili sauce for a pleasant fusion bite.
