The former, a latte, gets Torani honey syrup (honey, water and a preservative) and subtle nutmeg atop. It’s well-composed, all ingredients harmonizing. The buzzed badger is something else, an orange-dark chocolate-cayenne pepper mocha. The foam sees a powdered orange peel dusting. It’s rich and complex; cayenne slowly amplifies from bit role to major component. A vegan brownie ($1.75) ranks more cakey than fudgy and a touch dry, but within tolerances.
