“Lose your mind and come to your senses.” - Fritz Perls Be still and observe. To meditate is to simply observe, to watch, to know the nature of the mind and the senses which form perception. In this half hour donation based class, there will be short Q & A sessions and periods of silent meditation. Appropriate and inviting for all levels of experience.
