Further, the Carve Barbecue set to go into the Lincoln Center has been replaced by Tailgate BBQ (2727 N. Cascade Ave., Suite 111), a new concept scheduled to open later this year. The eatery, owned by Warren and Chandler Knop, was started by Roth Premium Foods, which will prepare the foods served and sold in the kitchen-less eatery.
