Those garlic knots hit that perfect middle ground for garlic flavor: powerfully aromatic without that bite of raw garlic. We prefer garlic to HellFire knots, basically the same, but with house HellFire hot sauce. Seems, shockingly, that hot sauce doesn’t improve everything. It does, however, do well for our slice of HellFire pizza, rich and sharp with pepperoni, Italian sausage and cherry peppers. The side Greek salad’s fine, with plentiful olives, banana peppers and feta.
