Meditation is a wonderful compliment to a yoga practice. Learn to come inward and listen to your body and calm your mind in order to achieve equilibrium in your life. There are many different styles of meditation, and this course introduces you to some common forms of meditation and how to introduce them into your life. Having meditation as part of your life can help reduce stress and worry, provide insight into your intuition, and reduce depression and anxiety. This 4 session workshop will give you the skills to begin and maintain your own meditation practice. Mondays and Wednesdays through Nov. 16.
