The dark fantasy television phenomenon that is Game of Thrones has cultivated a rabid and enthusiastic fanbase that has elevated the show, and the George R.R. Martin book series on which it was based, to the level of a cultural staple. But as with all media phenoms, the parodies were bound to roll around sometime. Musical Thrones: A Parody of Fire and Ice takes material from all six seasons (promising plentiful spoilers) and condenses every betrayal, plot twist and (un)expected character death into a single musical romp. Constantly updating to keep up with the show’s changes, Musical Thrones should be worth a laugh or two from seasoned fans. I’d mention the myriad content warnings, but if you watch GoT, you’ve seen them all.
