Ornamental Herbs Class and Tour

Thursday, June 22, 7-9 p.m.: An exploration of the sensual beauty of herbs as ornamental plants in the garden. Includes slide of the plants growing in borders at ForestEdge, and a discussion of their cultural needs, prominent features and importance as havens for bees and butterflies.

Saturday, July 22: A guided tour of Laura's 3-acre garden with an emphasis on the ornamental herbs

Fee: $15 for either class or tour; $25 for both.

Open Garden 2000

ForestEdge will be open to the public Saturday and Sunday, July 15 - 16; and August 5 - 6, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. To receive an invitation, call 535-7457 and leave a message.
