The 16-hour course combines meditation training and practical skills, empowering you to live with intention and attention and cultivate inner peace, wellness, and genuine happiness. Mindfulness is the ability to be present with clarity and discernment--to experience life consciously and respond with wisdom. The program consists of lecture, meditation, group discussion, journaling, and short video presentations and is facilitated by John Bruna, cofounder of Mindful Life Program, hosted by BodhiMind Center. Participants receive MLP mindfulness companion journal explaining the 4 key areas of mindfulness, the complete mindfulness program, and 30 days of individual daily mindfulness practices. *CPD.CEU hours available.
