MELT stands for Myofascial Energetic Length Technique. It was created by Sue Hitzmann, a manual and connective tissue therapist in 2001 looking for a way to help herself and her students to reduce chronic pain. Join Perri Parkman up to four times a week as she leads you through this life changing technique geared towards reducing joint pain and muscle tension with self-treatment techniques which rehydrate your connective tissue and rebalance your nervous system.
