Many local breweries will be having events to celebrate, too. In addition to brewing a kettle-soured New England-style IPA with Boulder Beer Company, Bristol will be hosting events Monday, April 2, through Saturday, April 7. Drop by on April 2 to learn all about how their imperial rye IPA, Knob Hill Station, is brewed. Go back on the 3rd for a Knob Hill Station food pairing.

April 4 is Colorado Pint Day, and locals can get a limited-edition commemorative pint glass at 78 breweries around the state, including Bristol, Red Leg Brewing Company and others — check coloradobeer.org for a full list. The glass was designed by Brendan O’Connor from Good Land Design, and $1 from each glass sold goes to the Colorado Brewers Guild. On April 5, anyone in Bristol gear gets a free flagship pint. On the 6th, they’ll pour their collab beer at the Bristol pub, and on the 7th, they’ll be hosting brewery tours. Check online for event times.
Many other Springs breweries are hosting events to celebrate the week, too — check in with your favorite to see what they’ve got planned.
