Ms. Sandra Mann

Adelphia Cable

213 N. Union Blvd

Colorado Springs, CO 80909

Dear Ms. Mann:

As a fan of semantic buffoonery, I've enjoyed how you use the word migrate to camouflage Adelphia's rate hikes.

Instead of telling the truth and saying something like, Yo! We gots this cable shizzny locked down in the 719, so bend over and bark, foolz, you assert that like a flock of Canada geese, customers have migrated into spending more money for the same service.

I don't mind being insulted if it's done creatively, but this migration is a straight-up shakedown. Quite frankly, I'd prefer it if it were spun as follows: Muwahahahaha! Or perhaps you could hire Snoop Dogg to kick it as stated in the previous paragraph? Either way, it's preferable to this migration nonsense.

But maybe I'm missing something in this equation? If so, consider this letter a challenge to insult me back. You're not going to lose my business because several trees prevent me from getting satellite.

So whatcha got to lose, Sandra?

Sincerely,

Kenneth H. Cleaver
