Suellen incorporates EASY AND FUN movements and YOUR FAVORITE MUSIC into her classes.. She individualizes classes for each person’s specific needs. Each class incorporates the scientifically proven requirements for a total exercise program: aerobic endurance, strength, flexibility, balance and stress-reduction. Twice a week is all it takes.
