Suellen incorporates EASY AND FUN movements and YOUR FAVORITE MUSIC into her classes. Her passion for creating effective exercises led her to complete both MA and PhD degrees in Exercise Physiology. During her PhD studies, Suellen traveled the world as she studied Yoga in India, Tai Chi in China, hiking in Japan, and dance in Argentina and Africa to learn how people keep moving as they age. She individualizes classes for each person’s specific needs. Each class incorporates the scientifically proven requirements for a total exercise program: aerobic endurance, strength, flexibility, balance and stress-reduction.
