cooking classes on ways to prepare healthy, local food using fresh produce and inexpensive meat cuts. Choose your location, either the Ranch Foods Direct teaching kitchen (9:30-11:30 a.m.) or the Venetucci Farm outdoor kitchen (1-3 p.m.). A check made out to Cultivate Health LLC and sent to 1306 E. Yampa Street, Colorado Springs, 80909 by one week before each class, reserves your space.
