Free for All Summer Symphony: a Celebration of Bee Vradenburg and Charles Ansbacher

When: Fri., Sept. 9, 7 p.m. 2011

The details of the Free for All Summer Symphony: A Celebration of Charles Ansbacher and Bee Vradenburg, from the Chamber Orchestra of the Springs ,are a fun little dance. The concert, held in Monument Valley Park behind the Colorado Springs Fine Arts Center (30 W. Dale St.,, celebrates the lives of the two Colorado Springs Symphony stalwarts: Charles the music director and Bee the general manager. Of course, we get to enjoy this tribute because the concert was funded by a $50,000 grant from the Charles Ansbacher Foundation to, who else, the Bee Vradenburg Foundation. — Bryce Crawford
