Fossil Brewing Co. One-Year Anniversary

Hoo boy, do the special beer releases for the first-year anniversary party at Fossil Brewing Company (2845 Ore Mill Road, #1, fossilbrewing.com) sound good. At noon today, catch the Keep Manitou Wired brown ale, brewed with High Rise Coffee Roasters' Peruvian coffee and Radiantly Raw-sourced Ecuadorian cacao nibs. The outfit's first small-batch lager, a doppelbock, taps at 3, followed by the Peach Pentaceratops at 6 — a dunkelweizen infused with peaches, pumpkins, honey, pie spice and sweet potatoes. Also catch raffles, new membership opportunities and Bite Me Gourmet Sausage for food needs. Happy birthday, brewosaurs. — Matthew Schniper
