Fiddler on the Roof

When: Thu., April 14, 8 p.m. 2011

Tevye wants what all journalists already have: the experience of being filthy rich. Of course, the dairyman protagonist of Fiddler on the Roof also wants his three older daughters to skip marrying the tailor, the revolutionary and the heathen, respectively, but he's shit outta luck there, too. Still, if anybody understands that you've got to roll with the punches, it's Tevye — his delivery horse breaks its leg right before the Sabbath, for Yahweh's sake. So grab the $15 to $40 tickets, and catch the everyman at 8 tonight at the Sangre de Cristo Arts Center (210 N. Santa Fe Ave., Pueblo, sdc-arts.org). — Bryce Crawford

Price: $15-$40
