Embracing Midlife Change

Sage Women’s Yoga Workshop with Christina Mitchell CNM, MS, RYT500 Break from 1-3pm for lunch and soak. It is quite the adventure to learn to accept and love this new phase. We will explore pranayama (breath work), asana (yoga postures), and meditation, including Mantra techniques during this workshop. This workshop is for perimenopausal, menopausal and post menopausal women at every level of Yoga practice, from beginner to advanced. Yoga teachers and student teachers are welcome to learn how to support your students as they approach this transition.

Price: $80 per student • additional $12 for lunch
