is inching closer to opening near the Powers corridor. Owners Richard Hysing, an Air Force vet, and William Gillette, a civilian, have partnered with brewer Jeff Lockhart, formerly of Pueblo’s Shamrock Brewing Company and local Red Leg Brewing Company. At opening, the brewery will have 12 taps, with plans to expand to 24 in around six months. They’ll open with six flagships: a kölsch, an IPA, a blood orange pale ale, an amber ale, a stout and a porter, all brewed from new recipes. They plan to fill all of their taps with house beer, but Hysing says they’re building partnerships with local breweries for guest taps. For food, they have partnered with the now-open Grinder Sandwich Company
