What do you think about recent polls that show that Kerry and Bush are dead even in Colorado? I mistrust these polls. My conversations with people suggest that the majority is unhappy with Bush and want a change.
Will Bush or Kerry take Colorado? It's going to be very close, but I think many moderate Republicans will go with Kerry as the lesser of two evils.
What issue is being wrongly ignored? The economy. It's the weak point for George Bush, and he's trying to direct attention to foreign policy. That doesn't match up with what most people care most about.
Who is the more trustworthy candidate for vice president? I don't trust Cheney because he's still getting some kind of pension or something from Halliburton. I think the Iraq war was orchestrated over oil.
What is the most important issue to you in this election? We need to concentrate on this country concerning terrorism, not on Iraq or anyplace else. There's been a misuse of time, money and military.

Is the Kerry-Bush race a dead heat in Colorado? Yes, although I'm basing that on what I see here, locally. A tremendous amount of energy is emerging for Kerry in a supposedly Republican area like this. So yes, I think it could very well be even statewide.
Which of them will pull it out in November? It's impossible to predict at this point.
What issue are the candidates ignoring? I want them to address education. There are a lot of flaws in No Child Left Behind, with its unfunded mandates, which makes it a lot of talk and no substance. There's also a desperate crisis with health care and health insurance that neither side wants to tackle.
Do you trust Cheney or Edwards most? I like the fact that Edwards doesn't descend into the stench of personal attack. I also find it appealing that he's a self- made man who came up from poor roots. He may be wealthy now, but he remembers where he came from.

What do you think about polls showing Kerry and Bush are in a dead heat in Colorado? My conversations with people make me think Bush is ahead, though Kerry is close.
Have you decided whom you're voting for? Not at all. The more I read and learn, the more confused I get. I'm hoping the debates help me out.
What issue is getting ignored? Education. What Bush is doing isn't working. He's not on the average person's level on this issue.
Do you trust Cheney or Edwards most as VP? It makes me suspicious that they're keeping Cheney so out of sight. You don't hear a lot about him other than his links to Halliburton.
