"Cooperative Storytelling and Improv Writing"

When: Tue., Dec. 15, 6:30-8:30 p.m. 2015

It can be considered apparent that nerds have taken over mainstream culture with the kind of rabid swarming behavior that evokes the sudden, all-too-late realization that you've sat on an anthill. Writers of all stripes: Are you ready to learn the ways of the dork side? If so, come by Library 21c (1175 Chapel Hills Drive, ppld.org) for tonight's presentation by Air Force vet, published author and inveterate nerd Michael F. Haspil. Titled December Write Brain: Cooperative Storytelling and Improv Writing, the talk will cover in part the resources a writer can gain from round-robin storytelling and role-playing games. Haspil will also discuss improvisational writing exercises. The free event begins at 6:30. For more info, go to on.fb.me/1TgKAB9. — Griffin Swartzell
