Monday mornings are never the most uplifting of times, so why not continue the festivities after work, and swing over to the Stargazers Theatre and Events Center (10 S. Parkside Drive, stargazerstheatre.com) for the latest installment in the World War II Film Festival? Coming Home Alive is the fourth film in the series, which is organized by the Colorado Springs Pioneers Museum to coincide with its current WWII exhibits. Curtains open at 6:30 for the true story of Rishel "Rick" White, an American POW in Germany struggling to do the film title justice. Admission is a $5 donation per person, plus one non-perishable food item. And remember, your office Mondays will never suck as bad as Rick's did. — Claire Jencks
