The third annual Colorado Improv Festival rules the Manitou Art Theatre (1367 Pecan St., stage starting at 8 tonight, the second of the four-night fest founded by local improv troupe the RiP. Don’t try to be funny. Here are the facts: Today the festival features the Master Debaters from New York, and Seoul City Improv, which is made up of American expatriates who perform primarily in Korea. Twinprov out of Oklahoma will perform in “rap-sody” style, wherein audience suggestions are expanded into rap songs. Tickets are $15. — Eric Calder
