Silent Sits, Sundays 9-10 a.m., Mondays 6:30-7:30 p.m., and Wednesdays 7-8:30 p.m. (with dharma talk); Guided Loving-kindness Sit, second and fourth Friday of every month, noon to 1 p.m.; Mindful Movement and Meditation, first and third Thursdays, 4:30-5:45 p.m.
