Blue Sky Riders

When: Sat., Jan. 18, 7:30 p.m. 2014

Depending on your point of view, Kenny Loggins can be seen as (a) the guy who sang "House at Pooh Corner" and "Your Mama Don't Dance" as half of the hirsute Loggins & Messina or (b) the yacht rocker who co-wrote Michael McDonald's "What a Fool Believes" and perpetrated the No. 1 hit "Footloose," which was later covered by Alvin & the Chipmunks and the cast of Glee. These days, he's hoping you'll think of him as (c) the artist who resuscitated his career alongside country singer-songwriters Georgia Middleman and Gary Burr in Blue Sky Riders. You can decide for yourself tonight at the Fine Arts Center (30 W. Dale St., csfineartscenter.org); showtime is 7:30 p.m., tickets are $50/FAC members, $55/public. — Bill Forman

Price: $50-$65
