This class is open to people from any background or faith tradition. No prior experience is necessary. The class will be led by Amma Thanasanti or Ayya Dhammadhira, both Buddhist nuns from the Theravada tradition. The instructors will integrate a variety of approaches including chanting, silent and guided meditations, and inquiry methods to facilitate learning.
