This one goes out to any grown-up teenager who ever wanted to stick it to the man. That's right, punk rock, anarchy, teen angst and — Broadway? You heard me. Green Day's multi-platinum 2004 album American Idiot was adapted for the stage in 2010, and Ignite Theatre company is putting it on at 7:30 tonight at Aurora Fox Arts Center (9900 E. Colfax Ave., Follow St. Jimmy played by Valerie Igoe and her two disaffected friends as they navigate identity, love, loss and drugs through the music of Green Day. The show features songs from three different albums and some B-tracks you may never have heard. Check it out same time, same place Thursdays through Saturdays and 2:30 p.m. Sundays through Jan. 24. Tickets run $20 to $28 which, really, is a small price to pay for nostalgia. — Alissa Smith
