Alan Delwiche and John Graham will vie for the title of mayor of Manitou Springs in November.
The three at-large Manitou City Council seats that are up for election are, in effect, already decided with only three candidates submitting ballot petitions.
The unopposed council candidates are Judith Chandler, John Shada and Julie Wolfe. They will replace Becky Elder, Jay Rohrer and Gary Smith.
Delwiche serves as chair of the Manitou Springs Planning Commission. Graham is the former owner/editor/publisher of the Pikes Peak Journal, the predecessor of Indy sister paper the Pikes Peak Bulletin
Chandler owns Healing Hands Body & Skin Therapies. Shada served on Manitou City Council in the 1990s and is suing the city to overturn the Cog Railway agreement. Wolfe serves on the Manitou Springs Planning Commission.
