will host a special farm-to-table dinner at 5 p.m., this Saturday, June 18, at her farm
in Penrose, Colorado.

will prepare the five-course meal, made with farm goodies and other local products.
"We hope you'll join us to enjoy an evening with the goats while dining on gourmet creations and basking in the peacefulness of the country to the songs of the crickets," says Lindsey Aparicio, The Goat Cheese Lady, noting the meal would make a lovely Father's Day present.
