• First up, the Arkansas Valley Organic Growers
(AVOG) are already offering signups for their summer 2016 Community Supported Agriculture (CSA
) program. Options include everything from a $712.50 full share for 25 weeks to partial shares, plus egg, honey, fruit and cheese options. Eight pickup options are also available, spanning Pueblo to Manitou Springs, central and north Colorado Springs and Black Forest.

• Next, The Broadmoor
restaurant celebrates its decennial through month's end with a special tasting menu of popular dishes spanning the last decade. You can catch five courses for $75 per person ($125 with wine pairings, plus tax/tip), as well as The Summit Social Hour, featuring $7 cocktails, $5 wines and $8 to $15 small plates. I caught a sneak peak last month of such excellent dishes as a charcuterie board, mixed oysters and the port wine swordfish, as well as some great cocktails like the Desperado, made with reposado tequila, blood orange juice, Carpano Antica vermouth, lemon juice and vanilla bitters.

The Summit shines bright after 10 years.
• Lastly, as we recently foretold in Side Dish, Enoteca Rustica
will soon begin hosting progressive dinners between itself and Pizzeria Rustica and TAPAteria. The last newsletter
from the mini restaurant group noted a January 14 launch date, continuing from 6 to 8 p.m., Thursdays, through March's end. Happy hours on Thursdays will precede the dinners from 4 to 6 p.m.
