Fieldhouse releases bombers

Today at 4, Fieldhouse Brewing Company will celebrate its first bottle release at Veterans Wine and Liquor.

Brewer Travis Fields says the 500 ml bombers of Sticky Paws, a honey wheat, and Chicks Dig Millets, a gluten-free IPA, will retail for around $7 and $10, respectively.

Fields says more Fieldhouse styles will enter bottles in the future, but there's no set date on any particular labels yet. He enters the marketplace alongside other local breweries that bottle or can, such as Bristol, Red Leg, Pikes Peak, Trinity and Phantom Canyon breweries.

Weber Street Liquor will also carry the bottles initially, likely followed by places like Coaltrain and Downtown Fine Spirits and Wines, he says.

You may remember this gluten-free IPA by its former name, Paralysis by Analysis, and the recipe remains the same. Fields says they just opted to re-brand the label.

Two by two they shall be sold, unless you want only one. Then that's totally cool, too. - TRAVIS FIELDS
