But it doesn't tell the public a thing.
The report states that Colorado Springs Government Watch Issue Committee
from the "general treasury funds" of the Colorado Springs Government Watch. It spent that same amount on signature gathering by paying GOTV Canvassing
, Tempe, Ariz., in three payments from Dec. 28 to Jan. 11.
So the question remains: Who's really behind the recall of Collins?
As stated in a letter to the editor in today's Independent

CSGW has repeatedly cited goals of openness and accountability
