UPDATE: Curbside's first Food Truck Friday

According to Barak Gibson, last month's first Food Truck Friday was a big success, seeing upwards of 150 dining guests within the first hour and a half.

The date for the second similar affair has now been moved to tomorrow, Friday, Feb. 20 from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Bracelets to sample will go for $10 — $8 bracelets were available earlier this week, and based on the below flyer, it appears the goal is to cap the event at 100 folks this go around.

Apologies for the late notice, but this just came across my radar if you haven't made lunch plans yet today.

Curbside Cuisine is hosting its inaugural Food Truck Friday. For $5, you get a sample from each vendor; it runs from noon to 2 p.m. today.

If you miss it ... well, I've just given you ample notice on the next event, which is slated for Saturday, Feb. 21 for those same noon to 2 p.m. hours.

Curbside manager Barak Gibson says to expect the promotional event to run for the next few months and maybe into summer depending on feedback. The March event will feature a volunteer cleanup day, as well.
