Dinner gets personal

The concept of a personal chef might make some folks picture unattainably swank, bloated homes or a Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous episode.

But if you're even the type of person to drop a couple of bills (or more) on a special anniversary dinner once a year, then Personal Chefs of Colorado could be for you.

It's not a daily service for the elite (though I suppose it could be ...), but more a team of six chefs ready to dispatch and customize and cook a meal in your home, and even do the dishes afterward. (Yeah, you pay more for that part.)

Founder Eric Deville has spent many years on the local fine dining scene, most recently at The Pepper Tree, but says he's had an idea for this business for quite some time, as he's noticed the concept gaining traction in Europe.

We'll have more info in Side Dish soon.
