Today we've finally turned the tilt of the Earth back toward warmth, and in honor of that, Rite of Spring-style, here is a quick list of four big upcoming dance performances:

Face 2 Face, a contemporary ballet that follows the story of two different dancers, with excerpts from the ballet Don Quixote. From the Christian Ballet Magnificat! Omega Company. Fri., March 28, 7 p.m. at the Rock Auditorium, Rock Family Church, 4005 Lee Vance View, #100. $13.

Koresh Dance Co., a modern performance by this renowned Philadelphia company founded by the Israeli-born Ronen Koresh. Sat., April 5, 7:30 p.m. at CC's Cornerstone Arts Center, 825 N. Cascade Ave. $35, students are $20 with ID, CC students are free.

Paul Taylor: Taylor 2, a visit from this six-member group based on the original 1954 company. Mon., April 14, 7:30 p.m. at the Sangre de Cristo Arts Center, 210 N. Santa Fe Ave., Pueblo. $27 for Sangre members, $30 for nonmembers.

Interplay 2.0, four pieces from the Ormao Dance Company inspired by subjects such as the Colorado foothills and the Ludlow Massacre, choreographed by Nail Ibragimov, Mollie Wolf, Jan Johnson and Tiffany Tinsley Weeks. April 25-27 at CC's Cossitt Hall, 906 N. Cascade Ave. $22 for adults and $10 for seniors, students and kids.
