The bad news is that dinner sold out in 35 minutes this past Wednesday.
The good news is the collaborative Berliner Wiesse will make a very limited and one-time appearance at the brewery sometime around March so more folks can line up for a sample.
Yester and Bouckaert graciously took a small break from the brewing today to quickly discuss their project with me.
