Side Dish extra: the faces behind the fantasies

In this week's Side Dish column, we look at the exciting new addition to Gotta Love It! Market: Vision Foods.

As co-organizer Jerry Downing says, the new co-pack facility is helping hopeful entrepreneurs bring their products to market, and more importantly, realize their dreams.

In the column, Downing refers to both Blake's Ugly Dawg Salsa and R.D. Sharp Yard Sauce as sample clients.

And in an e-mail Downing sent me a couple weeks ago, he shared some photos of each product and purveyor that I'd like to share with you here.

As you can see, there's clearly a satisfying feeling that's provided by standing next to a pallet of one's own commercial-grade product.
