Thieves like to play make-believe

Two weeks ago, it was pirates.

Last week, it was Bedouin. Walgreens has been the target of some pretty creative (and in this latest case, well-armed) masked robbers. Perhaps it is a rogue theater troupe.

From the Colorado Springs police:

On June 7, 2011 at approximately 1:44 AM the suspect entered the Walgreens, pointed a rifle at the clerk and demanded money. The suspect then fled the store with an undisclosed amount of money. The suspect was described as a white male, 5-10, 200 lbs., wearing a black baggy shirt, white shorts and a towel over his face.

FYI: Camels are not a reliable get-away vehicle.
