Grow, and send fewer e-mail attachments, for victory



Two worthy blips from my Monday morning inbox purge:

Treehugger has posted a slideshow of vintage food posters calling for many of the same actions that food advocates are calling for today.


Mother Jones has posted an article titled, "Are Email Attachments Bad for the Environment?"

Read it find out why, supposedly, "sending an email attachment of 4.7 megabytes—the equivalent of about 4 photos taken on a point-and-shoot digital camera—creates as much greenhouse gas as boiling your tea kettle 17.5 times."
