Tonight, the Pueblo City Council will decide whether to refer the question of allowing medical marijuana in the city to voters, says The Pueblo Chieftain.
Also on Council's regular agenda is an ordinance that would ask voters whether to impose a 4.3 percent sales tax on medical marijuana and its related paraphernalia.
Both items are set for public hearings and final consideration. Council's regular meeting begins at 7 p.m. at City Hall. The regular weekly work session will begin at 5:30 p.m.
