Centura Health, the state's largest health care network, will announce a $23.6 million project in Castle Rock on Wednesday. The plan calls for building a two-phase project, including a 40,000-square-foot medical office building and a 20,000-square-foot emergency room and imaging center. Construction is to begin this summer.

Centura operates 12 hospitals, seven senior living communities, medical clinics, Flight For Life® Colorado, and home care and hospice services, including the Penrose Hospital and St. Francis Medical Center in Colorado Springs.
