Beetle bailout



Colorado and other Western states whose forests have been "browned out" by pine beetles got an injection of green this morning — in the form of $40 million from the U.S. Department of Agriculture.

This should only help what U.S. Sen Mark Udall is trying to do to help Colorado's forests, 2.5 million acres of which have been assaulted by beetles.
