A little bit of hope and a lot of fun — that’s what Out Loud Men’s Chorus promises from their spring concert. With a selection of inspirational serenades, meant to encourage “everyone who works toward a freer and more just society,” plus a selection of Broadway hits, Out Loud will bring some much-needed cheer to a dreary world. In 2016, when the group’s founder Guy McPhearson won an Indy Inclusion award for his efforts with Out Loud, he said: “I hope we continue to bring our message of tolerance and love, and justice for all — it’s not just about us. ... And there are plenty of showtunes; we’ll never run out.”
