Walk n Roll Kick-off Event

When: Sat., Feb. 15, 9 a.m. 2014

a walk through the mall to motivate yourself toward a fitter lifestyle. There will be free water, protein bars, tracking booklets and blood pressure checks, as well as a presentation by a certified wellness coach from Penrose-St. Francis, who will help you set goals, learn to measure your walking distance and how to keep with the program.
