Indy: Fall Out Boy gets as much attention for the things you do outside of the band as for the hit records, From Under The Cork Tree and Infinity On High.
PW: I feel like 99 percent of the time, I'm not really involved in that [celebrity] world, and it's like the 1 percent gets reported on a lot more than it probably should be ... More than anything, the main story people wanted to tell was, Pete parties in Hollywood and [singer-guitarist] Patrick [Stump] wrote an entire record.
Indy: The most attention-getting event, obviously, was having nude photos of you get out on the Internet in March 2006. How did that affect you?
PW: Forty-eight hours afterwards, I [was ready to] quit the band ... And then for a while after that, I wouldn't talk about it in interviews. And then at some point I decided, you want to know what, you have to start laughing about this thing.
Indy: What's the band's live show like this time out?
PW: I would say people should expect the biggest Fall Out Boy show they've ever seen, including all kinds of little surprises. I'd say expect songs we've never played live before some covers.
