When: Fridays, 9 p.m.
Back in 2013, fire almost consumed the 1940s-era roadhouse on the corner of Shoup and Black Forest Roads. Next to the building, there's a tree with four or five feet of burnt bark. But the building's fine, recently purchased by veteran Beau Lee. Beau's Roadhouse now shills affordable burgers, cold beers and, if you need an excuse to frolic in the woods, a weekly karaoke night. Do your best Dave Grohl or Trisha Yearwood impression at this vintage eatery and drinkery. Need to tie up your horse out back? No problem — Beau has you covered! 9 p.m. 6750 Shoup Road, Black Forest, 495-8238, beausroadhouse.com. — Griffin Swartzell
